At Topulenté Bouquets, each arrangement is carefully handcrafted to order using fresh and/or eternal florals. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:
All Sales Are Final
All orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once payment has been confirmed.

Fresh Flower Orders
Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care. We do not offer refunds or returns once orders have been collected or delivered.
If there is an issue upon receipt, please contact us within 2 hours with clear photos so we can assess and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

Eternal (Artificial) Arrangements
All eternal arrangements are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photo evidence for review.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
If you need to reschedule your order, we may offer a store credit at our discretion, provided sufficient notice is given before production begins.

Delivery Policy
Our driver will attempt delivery once and make two call attempts to the recipient. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked for collection.
No refunds or redelivery will be issued for missed deliveries.
