Delivery Timeframes

Deliveries are scheduled within selected time windows (e.g. 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM). These timeframes are not guaranteed and serve as estimated windows only.

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or unforeseen delays.

Delivery Process

Our driver will attempt delivery once and make two call attempts to the recipient.

If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be made available for pickup.

If redelivery is requested, an additional delivery fee will apply.

Accurate Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details, including recipient name, contact number, and address.

Topulenté Bouquets is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Availability

All deliveries are subject to availability and location. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule orders based on distance or logistical constraints.

Pickup Option

Customers selecting pickup will be provided with a collection time. Orders should be collected promptly to maintain quality.

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery windows, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding during high-demand periods.
