By placing an order with Topulenté Bouquets, you agree to the following:

All orders must be paid in full to be confirmed. Production begins only after payment is received.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. If you need to reschedule, store credit may be offered at our discretion if requested before production begins.

We aim to match all designs; however, substitutions may be made based on availability while maintaining the overall look and value.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Our driver will attempt delivery once and make two call attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked for collection. No refunds or redelivery will be provided.

Topulenté Bouquets is not responsible for improper care of fresh flowers after delivery or collection.
